[8u-communication] Upcoming JDK 8u20 milestone : Rampdown 2

As per earlier communication [1], the 8u20 Rampdown 2 milestone is 
approaching. Only important bug fixes will be considered for 8u20 once 
we enter this milestone. The current plan is to create an 8u20 
stabilization master forest once build 20 promotes next week.

If you need to request a bug fix for inclusion in 8u20 post build 20, 
you need to follow the phase 2 guidelines found on the Project page [2].
