[8u20] request for approval JDK-8039212: SecretKeyBasic.sh needs to avoid NSS libnss3 and libsoftokn3 version mismatches

Please approve the below change into 8u20.  The backport is identical to 
what is in jdk9.  The change addresses a test issue where mismatched NSS 
libraries cause failures.
