[8u20] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs25.20-b20

Requesting approval to integrate hs25.20-b20 into jdk8u20-b20.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk9 repository.

8033626: assert(ex_map->jvms()->same_calls_as(_exceptions->jvms())) failed: all collected exceptions must come from the same place
8044796: G1: Enable G1CollectedHeap::stop()
8046408: Build failure from multiple ptrace.h
8046798: new hotspot build - hs25.20-b20
