[8u20] Request for approval for CR 8034181: SIGBUS in SctpChannelImpl receive

Hi 8u Maintainers,

I would like to request approval for 8034181 for inclusion in 8u20 ( to 
be pushed to 8u-dev ). The 8u changes identical to the JDK 9 changes.
