[8u20] Request for approval for CR 8042123 - Support default and static interface methods in JDI, JDWP and JDB

Given the changes, please get a peer review for the JDK 8 changeset 
before pushing.
would it make sense to backport JDK-8028430 to 8u20 also perhaps ? (if 
it applies directly)
