[8u-communication] New jdk8u maintainer : Naoto Sato

With Naoto Sato now being a new maintainer in the JDK 7 Updates team 
[1], I'd like to also delegate the maintainer authority for JDK 8 
Updates to Naoto Sato. Naoto is based in the US west coast and will help 
monitor approval requests coming in during the work day there. Thanks Naoto!

I'll update the JDK 8 Updates Project web page to reflect these changes.
