[8u20] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs25.20-b15

Requesting approval to integrate hs25.20-b15 into jdk8u20-b15.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.

8029302: Performance regression in Math.pow intrinsic
8040140: System.nanoTime() is slow and non-monotonic on OS X
8041481: JVM crashes with collect_args_for_profiling
8042052: assert(t != NULL) failed: must set before get
8042813: new hotspot build - hs25.20-b15
