[8u20] Request for approval: 8017472: [macosx] Transparency demo is not correctly dragged on the second monitor

Hello,

I'd like to back-port the following fix to 8u20:

The fix was pushed to the client repo in February and integrated to JDK 
9 in March, and didn't cause any regressions. The reason we need this 
fix in JDK 8u20 is because JavaFX applications hit this bug when using 
the JFXPanel component (see [1].)
