[8u40] Request for approval of JDK-8055222: Currency update needed for ISO 4217 Amendment #159

Hello,

Could you please approve the backport of the fix to jdk8u-dev. There is 
the same change in the same set of files, but the file location is 
different because the source in JDK 9 is modular now.
