[8u40] Request for approval for CR 8056987 - 8u-dev nightly windows builds failed from 8/29

This is a retrospective push approval request. Fix needed to correct a 
windows build failure. Fix already integrated.
Dag is now familiar with the 8u push process and has corrected up the 
bug labels as per previous request.
