Request for Approval: 8015376 - Remove jnlp and applet files from the JDK samples

Does this include the SwingSet2 applet in the demo directory?  I have
worked with developers in the past regarding applet accessibility issues
using that control rich applet.  It would be very helpful to keep this
one.  If there is an issue with this particular applet is there another
way to resolve it?
