Review request for 8059177: jdk8u40 l10n resource file translation update 1

The changes look good to me too.  I looked through the changes, though I 
don't really know the international characters :-)  But words are now 
translated instead of the original (English) words, e.g. "SYNOPSIS" in 
ErrorMessages.
