Request to push a fix to fix a nightly build break:

This has been reviewed by Mandy Chung and Phil Race.

A local build doesn't contain the javadoc for
com.sun.java.accessibility.util.

JPRT jobs have been submitted for Linux, Mac, Solaris, and Windows, but
have not yet started.  I will report back when they complete.
