[8u-dev] Request for approval to backport: 8030785, 8134356

Hi!

Would you please approve backporting this two java-doc only fixes?
8030785: @since 1.8 tag was missed in a couple of places, so it would be 
logical to fix this in jdk8 repo.
8134356: cleanup in @code blocks

If the javadoc is ever regenerated for jdk8, it would be nice to have 
these fixes in.
