[8u-dev] Request for approval: 8143963: improve ClassLoader::trace_class_path to accept an additional outputStream* arg

Hi,

I'd like to get approval for backporting this fix into 8u-dev.
The fix has been in the jdk9/hs-rt repo for about a week and no problem 
was seen.
The fix in 8u is identical to the fix in 9.
