[8u-dev] Request for approval to backport: 8049321: Support SHA224withDSA and SHA256withDSA in the SunJSSE provider

Hello!

Would you please approve backporting this enhancement, which turn on 
support of two signature algorithms in JSSE.
The fix did not apply cleanly due to some changes around that code, but 
modifications are quite straight-forward.
I assume the code will need some adjustments, if JDK-8064330 is decided 
to be ported back to jdk8u.
