[8u-dev] Approval request for : 8068790: ZipEntry/JarEntry.setCreation/LastAccessTime(null) don't throw NPE as specified

I'd like to have this fix backported to the jdk8u-dev codebase.

The jdk9 changeset maps cleanly once paths are unshuffled.
