[8u66] Request for approval for integration of hs25.66-b01

Requesting approval to integrate hs25.66-b01 into jdk8u66-b01.

This is mostly intended to add the hotspot version number change,
however,  the extra changeset below was pushed before
the version change, so it will be included here as well.
That other fix has undergone nightly testing and is already in a jdk9 
repository.
