Hi Konstantin,

there's a concern that this fix may not be suitable for an JDK update 
until we understand the IPv6 scope specification fully. That's being 
tracked via JDK-8071458 - I'd invite anyone with pointers to 
specification and/or thoughts in this area to add comments to the bug 
report.

For the time being, I suggest you mark JDK-8132019 as being blocked by 
JDK-8071458
