[8u66] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs25.66-b03

Requesting approval to integrate hs25.66-b03 into jdk8u66-b02.

This is actually a single build related changes and as such
it will integrated without PIT testing. This is intended to match
the hotspot minor and build number with the update and build number
of the JDK release on milestone builds. JPRT pit and hotspot testset
testing was performed.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below:

8079410: Hotspot version to share the same update and build version from JDK
8131628: new hotspot build - hs25.66-b03
