[8u-dev] Request for approval to backport: 8005226: java/rmi/transport/pinClientSocketFactory/PinClientSocketFactory.java fails intermittently

Hi!

I'd like to backport this test-bug fix, as I'm still seeing the test 
failure with jdk8u.

The patch from jdk9 applies cleanly; the patched test passes.
