[8u communication] Approaching JDK 8 Updates milestone : 8u60 RDP2

As per the preliminary 8u60 timeline [1], the 8u60 Rampdown 2 milestone
is approaching. Please aim to have all 8u60 planned fixes addressed by
the third week in June. The 8u60 RDP2 build is planned for the week
of June 30th and fixes need to be in the team forests 1 week before
that for PIT testing.

Once we enter RDP2, we'll fork the JDK8u master forest to create a JDK
8u60 stabilization forest. Only showstopper bugs should be considered
for fixing in 8u60 after that milestone.
