[8u communication] Plans for creation of 8u60 stabilization forests

Following on from my last mail regarding the 8u60 release timeline [1],
the current plan is to create the 8u60 stabilization forests once 8u60
b22 is promoted. That's due for build promotion on June 30th. As
always, this date is tentative and subject to change.

Once the jdk8u60-b22 tags have been added to the master forest, I'd like 
to propose that the following 8u60 stabilization forests be created :

hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u60 based on
hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u/ tag jdk8u60-b22 (master forest)
hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u60-dev based on
hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u/ tag  jdk8u60-b22 (team forest)

Getting fixes into the jdk8u60 stabilization forest will be subject to
the Phase 2 stabilization process [2].
