The JDK 8 patch applies cleanly post modular path modifying. This fix is 
not pushed to JDK 9 yet. I've encountered a build issue on 9 and it's 
related to recent sjavac fix. That's tracked via : JDK-8129562

I'll push fix to 9 as soon as JDK-8129562 is resolved.
