[8u60] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs25.60-b07

Requesting approval to integrate hs25.60-b07 into jdk8u60-b07.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk9 repository.

8006960: hotspot, "impossible" assertion failure
8043224: -Xcheck:jni improvements to exception checking and excessive local refs
8071501: perfMemory_solaris.cpp failing to compile with "Error: dd_fd is not a member of DIR."
8073688: Infinite loop reading types during jmap attach.
8074550: new hotspot build - hs25.60-b07
8075158: Make jdk8u60 the default release on jdk8u repos
