[8u-dev] Backport request: 8071668: [macosx] Clipboard does not work with 3rd parties Clipboard Managers

Hello,

     please approve the fix backport from jdk9 to jdk8u-dev.
One file (CClipboard.m) couldn't be patched strictly since been 
refactored in the Jdk9, but the changes are essentially the same.
