Hi,

I'd like approval for a JDK 8 backport of JDK-8074696 
<https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8074696>: Remote debugging 
session hangs for several minutes when calling findBootType.
The changeset from JDK 9 applies cleanly after running it through 
unshuffle_patch.sh.
