Would you please approve the backport of these two fixes:
8137121: (fc) Infinite loop FileChannel.truncate
8137230: TEST_BUG: java/nio/channels/FileChannel/LoopingTruncate.java 
timed out

The fixes apply cleanly after unshuffling.
