[8u-dev] Request for approval: 8074368: ThreadMXBean.getThreadInfo() corrupts memory when called with empty array for thread ids

Hi,
May I please have approval to backport this fix from JDK9 to JDK8. I 
have built the JDK8 and tested already. JDK9 fix applies cleanly to 
JDK8u  after reshuffling. As I do not have account for OPENJDK, Kevin 
walls will push this fix into JDK8u repository.
