Hi,

I'd like approval for a JDK 8 backport of JDK-8134759 
<https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8134759> - jdb: Incorrect 
stepping inside finally block.
The changeset from JDK 9 applies cleanly after running it through 
unshuffle_patch.sh.
