[8u-60] request for review and approval to backport JDK-8067422: Lambda method names are unnecessarily unstable

Hello,

I'd like to ask for a review and an approval to backport the following 
fix to 8u-dev:

The patch applies cleanly to 8u-dev, but the test depends on test 
framework that is not in 8u-dev and would fail. So I had to rewrite the 
test to avoid that dependency. The webrev of the updated patch against 
8u-dev is here:
