[8u-dev] Request for approval - 8135307: CompletionFailure thrown when calling FieldDoc.type, if the field's type is missing

Good catch; I believe that's related with annotated receiver type 
(introduced with JDK 8's type annotations) ? If that's the case, is it 
possible that it's related to some other patch that you had (i.e. for 7) 
in which the feature is not available?
