[8u communication] Adjustment of OpenJDK 8u release versions & 8u102 early access binaries

As there were no objections I've updated the release schedule[0] to reflect this proposal.

I would also like to bring attention to the Oracle early access 
binaries, and invite other distributors who build binaries based on the 
OpenJDK JDK 8 Updates Project to do the same in this thread:
