[8u-dev] Request for approval for backport of 8043836 : Need new tests for AES cipher

Hello,

please approve the backport of tests enhancement from jdk 9.
Code is exactly the same and the only difference is that we don't need 
to put tests to the ProblemList as jdk issue caused test's failure is 
jdk 9 specific.
Tested with JPRT.
