I've published a proposal for the key milestone dates relating to the 8u122 release:

July 2016       8u-dev forest begins collecting 8u122 fixes (completed)
October 2016    RampDown 2
Jan 2017        GA

Note that these timelines are preliminary only and are subject to change. Please refer to the JDK 8 milestones definition page [1] for a summary of what each milestone consists of. Please submit feedback by Wednesday the 17th of August 2016.
