[8u communication] Changes to JDK 8u122 plans

Oracle no longer plans to create a separate JDK 8u122 PSU release. As 
such, the proposed schedule for JDK 8u122 in this Project is no longer 
accurate.

Given the very small amount of changes that were destined specifically 
for 8u122 (and not for 8u121 as well), the process to propose critical 
fixes for inclusion in JDK 8u CPU releases [0] should be used instead, 
where applicable.

This holds for future changes to be integrated into jdk8u-dev forest, as 
well as for already integrated changes that were destined for JDK 8u122.
