[8u] Request for Approval: 8149411: PKCS12KeyStore cannot extract AES Secret Keys

Please approve the backport of JDK-8149411 to 8u-dev.
It eliminates a superfluous dependency on SecretKeyFactory when retrieving a secret key from a PKCS12 keystore.
Except for the usual source file path difference, the fix for 8u-dev is identical to that in 9-dev.
