[8u-dev] Request for approval to backport: 8074935: jdk8 keytool doesn't validate pem files for RFC 1421 correctness, as jdk7 did

Hello!

I'd like to backport this fix to jdk8u.
In particular, it will help us eliminate the regression JDK-8146592 
observed in jdk8, but not in jdk7.

The fix applies cleanly after unshuffling.
In addition to that, I had to adjust the path to the keystore file in 
the regression test.
