[8u-dev] Request for approval to backport: 8153948: sun/security/mscapi/ShortRSAKey1024.sh fails with "Field length overflow"

I'd like to backport this test fix to jdk8u.
The change applies cleanly except for the ProblemList part, which is not 
a big deal, I hope.
