[8u-dev] Request for approval for 8154069: Jaws reads wrong values from comboboxes when no element is selected

Hello,

Could you please approve the following backport to 8u-dev?
The patch from JDK9 applies to JDK8 with fuzz: 8u-dev source code does 
not contain @SuppressWarnings annotation. Otherwise the code is identical.
