[8u] RFA: 8154144 : Tests in com/sun/jdi fails intermittently with "jdb input stream closed prematurely"

Hi,

 

May I please have approval to backport this fix from JDK9 to JDK8u. This fix applies cleanly. I have built and tested using JPRT. As I don't have committer status for JDK8u, "Kevin Walls" will push this for me in JDK8u.
