[8u communication] Adjustment of OpenJDK 8u release versions

As per the previous mail we jumped all the way to 8u102 as we wished "To avoid confusion with any versions that were already in development".

As Andrew Hughes correctly pointed out on an earlier thread, the version numbers planned for future releases had to change as a consequence of recent releases.

Should anyone raise a substantial objection to the proposed changes we can always update the tags. Given the nature of the JDK 8u77 release, and the fact that there are releases in development that need to be associated with some version number in the JBS infrastructure, we're tentatively proceeding with plan A for now however.
