[8u-dev] Request for approval: backport of JDK-8074784: Additional tests for XML DSig API

Hello,

Could you please approve the following backport of enhancement:

JDK-8074784- Additional tests for XML DSig API

There are only 3 minor differences from original JDK 9 patch:

1) *@modules* are not applicable to JDK8.
2) Copyright year is changed to current one
3) Bug id 8074784 is added to the *@bug* reference. (I believe this 
should be done for JDK 9 as well.)

Code changes are the same as in JDK 9.
Fix was successfully tested with JPRT.
