[8u-dev] Request for approval to backport: 8073542: File Leak in jdk/src/java/base/unix/native/libnet/PlainDatagramSocketImpl.c

Hello!


I'd like to backport the fix to jdk8u-dev.

The fix had to be slightly adjusted due to the different way the error 
messages are retrieved in jdk8.
