Request for approval: backport of JDK-8075297 : Tests for RFEs 4515853 and 4745056

Hi,

Please approve the backport of tests from jdk 9.
Code is exactly the same and the only difference is that we have to port 
one new method from jdk 9 code base (i.e 
jdk/test/sun/security/krb5/auto/KDC.startKDC()).
Tested with JPRT.
