[8u-dev] Request for approval - 8153711: [REDO] JDWP: Memory Leak: GlobalRefs never deleted when processing invokeMethod command

Hi,

Please approve this backport request for JDK-8153711, which fixes a
memory leak in JDWP. The fix has been in JDK 9[1] a couple of weeks now
and no regressions have been discovered since it was pushed.

It's a clean backport of the JDK 9 fix (after unshuffle) with minimal
changes to the test which is needed due to differences in test
libraries.
