[8u-dev] Request for Approval to backport: 8149521: automatic discovery of LDAP servers with Kerberos authentication

Hello!

We've got a request to backport this fix to jdk8-dev.
The unshuffled patch applies cleanly.
With the fix in place, the corresponding regression test runs well on 
all tested platforms.
