CFV: New JDK 8 Updates Committer: Yasumasa Suenaga

I hereby nominate Yasumasa Suenaga (ysuenaga) to JDK 8u Committer.

Yasumasa has been contributing to OpenJDK since 2011. He is already a 
Reviewer in the JDK 9 and JDK 10 projects. His JDK 8u contributions to 
date are listed below. In addition to his contributions to OpenJDK, he 
is also a frequent contributor to the very popular HeapStats open source 
project used for JVM monitoring and profiling.

Votes are due by 24th August 2017 23:59 GMT.

Only current JDK 8u Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this 
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing 
list.
