Hi,

May I get the approval of enhancement backport of 'JDK-8158012: Use SW prefetch instructions instead of BIS for allocation prefetches on SPARC Core C4' to jdk8u-dev.

Jdk9 bug: https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8158012 

Rational: This change which adjusts the default prefetching mechanism only on Oracle SPARC Core C4 processor based systems can offer significant performance improvements.

I have tested it with the jprt and jtreg tests.
