[8u-communication] 8u144 is now available!

Hi,

JDK 8u144 was released [0] on July 26th. It addressed a regression 
introduced in JDK 8u141 [1]. That fix has been sync'ed into the 
jdk8u-dev forest to ensure that it gets included in the upcoming JDK 
8u152 release [2].

Please note that 8u152 has now entered rampdown phase 2 and early access 
binaries from Oracle are available for testing. [3]
